Dry Garlic Ribs

Great as a snack on game night and even better if accompanied with a salad for a satisfying meal.

INGREDIENTS

Pork breast rib portions, Water, Canola oil, Modified corn starch, Garlic powder, Garlic oleoresin (salt, garlic oil, polysorbate 80), Salt, Sodium tripolyphosphate, Toasted wheat crumbs.
Seasoning packet: Salt, Spice.
May contain: Egg, Milk and/or Soy.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
Individual appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

OVEN
Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F).
Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes; turning once.
Season with spices to taste. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

DEEP FRYER
Preheat fryer to 177°C (350°F).
Lower fryer basket with ribs and cook for approximately 7 minutes.
Season with spices to taste. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

AIR FRYER (NEW)

Preheat your air fryer to 205°C (400°F).
Place ribs in basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Keep frozen. If thawed, use promptly.
Wash hands before and after handling raw poultry product.
